Most likely not, but you can go to designated IPod stands at the mall and they can change the outer part to any color. Red orange yellow green purple indigo ANY COLOR IN BETWEEN THAT AS WELL!
Its a rumor at this point. May or may not happen. There are companies that can change the colours though.

- Will the Apple store let me switch iPhone colors? I've had my white Verizon iPhone 5 for about two weeks now. White is great, but I'm starting to think I like black better. Since the phone is practically brand new, would the Apple store let me switch it out? Or will they charge me for a completely new phone?

- Why are the colors and resolution on my iPhone so much better than on my laptop? I'm a photographer (and yes, I know I should be editing on a desktop) and when I post photos it seems like the colors are much deeper and the resolution is much more clear on my iPhone than they are where I edit them… On my laptop. Which device is "off"? Will they be closer if I were to edit on a desktop (I'm in the process of saving up for one)?
