Will there be a iPhone 9 next year or will they skip 9 and go to 11?
I hope the next phone is a 9, I hate skipping numbers
Added (1). maybe not next year but within 2 years I bet they come out with another new phone, I just hope its called a 9 and not 11, the x isn't the number 10 its just for the 10 year anniversary

They are already at X- 10
Some report are saying that it is going to be called the Xs with a bigger screen.
Apple is already saying that the x is 10 even though everyone calls it the x so it's kind of pointless to call the 11th iPhone the 9 but then again stranger things do happen. Look at the Xbox. It was the Xbox then the 369 then the Ine, and now the One X.
I think they skipped the 9. They're on the iPhone X (10). I'm thinking they skipped the 9 and went to 10 because ten years ago, the first iPhone came out. And because of that, it's called the iPhone 10, and the structure is kind of the same as the original iPhone, they brought back the old wallpapers (exactly 7 of them like on the original iPhone), and its durable.
I think they might come out with the iPhone XL (extra large version of the iPhone X).
Going with the fact that the X is named because of the 10th anniversary of the iPhone rather than 10 a model number, there's a good possibility, though it would be odd with there being the X already, which unfortunately already has the misconception of 10 rather than X.
I don't even think Apple knows at this point.
- Why does my iPhone skip through music? Since I backed it up accidentally, the music won't play, I just click a song and it skips through the entire phones playlist until no songs remain, I can't listen to anything!
- Why can't I skip ahead in a song on my iPhone 4s? Some of my songs don't start until like 17 seconds so I try to drag the circle to 17 seconds but when I do it just skips the song. Also I can't go back in a song either it just skips it
- Should i skip on the iPhone 6 and wait for iPhone 6S/7? My upgrade is coming up and i have the iPhone 4. So I'm really desperate for a new phone, but is it worth waiting a couple more months for the new iPhones to come to the market?
- Should i buy the iphone 8 plus/X next month or wait for the next release which is in September 2018? I'm thinking of getting a new iphone next month but my dad suggested i wait for the new ones in September, what do you guys think and if you think i should get one of the current iphones which should i get the 8 plus or the X?
