Will they give me a new iPhone? - 1

Hi so I recently got the new iPhone 5 and I noticed that right out of the box there was some dust in the camera and now I saw that there's a black blob right when I want to take a picture, if I go to apple will they give me a new phone or a refurbished one? And will all my info be transferred?

Most likely you should walkin the store with the iPod receipt if you have it and explain to them what's going on and complain about the problems.

If it is less than 14 days from the date of purchase, you should be able to exchange the phone at the store where you bought it.

Otherwise, that should be covered by Apple and they should replace it with a new phone. However, they are going to inspect it carefully, and if there's a crack on the screen, evidence of moisture exposure, or other damage they are not going to replace it for free.

If you take it back right away, (within a few weeks) then they should probably give you an entirely new product, But I would make sure you bring documentation with you when you go.
