Will this charger cord affect my iPhone?
I have an iPhone 5 and I bought a charger cord from Rue 21 because it was cheap. When I plug it in, it gives me a warning that it may not be recognized by the device. Does that mean anything, will it harm my phone at all? I just got a new iPhone because my other one randomly broke, but it wasn't from the cord because I stopped using it a couple months before.
Nothing will be effect just unplug it and again plug it in right way so that it can recognize and charge.

- Why does my iphone 5 charger cord only work at random times? I bought a $30 10 ft cord from target like 2 weeks ago (i didn't think it would be as bad since it was expensive) and now it has a really weird problem. Sometimes when i plug it into my phone it would work and sometimes it doesn't (it mostly doesn't). I have no idea what the problem is. It isn't the same problem as when i have to bend the cord, its just taking out/putting in the cord.
- Need iPhone charger cord that doesn't brake? I have had my iPhone for a year, and I've been through about 5 charger cords. They brake so easily, and I'm sick of buying them all the time. Is there a cord not made by Apple that works with iPhone 4 that doesn't brake easily?
- My IPhone charger won't work with my extension cord? My charger wasn't working when plugged into my extension cord that I always have it plugged into but it started working when I plugged it into the outlet itself. Why is this? Is there a way to fix this?
- My Iphone charger port/cord i don't know isn't working? It had been working for over a year, but now I have to wiggle it around to get it charging. Now it just wouldn't. I tried getting a dry toothbrush and trying to get lint out of there, but there was hardly any. Do i have to get a new port?
