Will transferring music with 'CopyTrans Manager' hurt my iPhone?
I see its an alternative to iTunes. I hate using iTunes. CopyTrans Manager apparently lets you copy past music and videos onto the iPhone… Is it safe though?
will my iPhone 5c identify it as a foreign intrusion and kill my iphone? Kinda like how it kills your iphone if you try to jailbreak it.

Jailbreaking doesn't kill your phone. That's just plain silly. I've been jailbreaking for 5 years and it hasn't "killed" my phone. I've had a couple of problems, but nothing extremely serious.
Your phone doesn't care where the music and video files came from, or how they got to your phone.

- My Ifun box and copytrans manager doesn't detect my iPhone. Why is it? I have a jail broken iPhone 4s and since I couldn't sync it anymore with iTunes, I downloaded Ifun box and copytrans manager to add music or manage my phone. But when I plug my phone, an error occurred saying apple mobile device driver software installation failed. I have uninstalled iTunes. But I reinstalled the necessary drivers including apple application support and driver. Any help fixing this?
