My Ifun box and copytrans manager doesn't detect my iPhone. Why is it?

I have a jail broken iPhone 4s and since I couldn't sync it anymore with iTunes, I downloaded Ifun box and copytrans manager to add music or manage my phone. But when I plug my phone, an error occurred saying apple mobile device driver software installation failed. I have uninstalled iTunes. But I reinstalled the necessary drivers including apple application support and driver. Any help fixing this?

Did you use the copytrans iOS drivers installer when installing the drivers. I think this is the guide to install the iOS drivers:

You might also want to restart your computer after the drivers installation.

You can then use copytrans manager to fully manager your iphone without the need for itunes or other tools.

  • Will transferring music with 'CopyTrans Manager' hurt my iPhone? I see its an alternative to iTunes. I hate using iTunes. CopyTrans Manager apparently lets you copy past music and videos onto the iPhone… Is it safe though? will my iPhone 5c identify it as a foreign intrusion and kill my iphone? Kinda like how it kills your iphone if you try to jailbreak it. any advice?
