Will Us cellular be getting the iphone 5?
Or what do you think?
I do not think that the iPhone is going to go to all the carriers yet, maybe over time but for now I think they are just going to stay with the major most popular ones. I have no proof for that, I don't really think any one does at this time, but that would be my best guess.
Not at the moment, or else Apple would have announced it today.
It's not looking good for US Cellular to start offering the iPhone 5. Apple is making three separate iPhone 5 models to support all the different frequencies that cellular carriers use and none of the models support the band that US Cellular uses for a majority of their 4G LTE. Apple would have to make a 4th model that supports their frequency.
A US Cellular compatible iPhone would need to support LTE band 12 in order to be compatible.
- Why does my iphone use data over night when cellular data is turned off? Every night I turn off cellular data and leave the iPhone on and one day I wake up and check my data manager and see i have already used 25 MB please help!
- When you have Wi-Fi and cellular data on at the same time, does it use cellular data? If I keep my cellular data on and also have my iPhone connected to Wi-Fi, will it use any of my cellular data?
- Unlocking iPhone for US Cellular? I have a Verizon iPhone but I would like to unlock it so that I could use it with US Cellular. Does anyone know if this will work before I waste my time and money trying to unlock this phone?
- Taking out sim cards and cellular data on iPhone 4s? Currently I'm in a different country and do not want any unexpected charges to pop up on my bill when I return. My sim card is out but I still send emails and browse the internet using the local wi-fi from my location; since the sim card is out, I won't be charged? Also, what is cellular data? Like I said, I took out my sim card and data roaming is disabled but cellular data is turned on, I won't be charged for it being on since the sim card isn't inserted, correct?
