Will verizon give me a new iphone if mine cracked?

So, my dad bought me an iPhone 4s a couple weeks ago and we both swear the guy activating my phone said that if something happened to it that they couldn't repair there, they would give me a new phone if I had warranty in exchange for my other one.
I had come home from school and noticed that the back of my iPhone was cracked virtually all over. I had not dropped it or anything, so it might have happened at school or something, but that's not the point. I just want to know what I would have to go through to get it fixed with little to no cost at all right then and there.

Verizon usually makes you pay some sort of amount of money for a new phone. I'd just go get it fixed.prolly a lot less cheaper.

You can save money by repairing the screen yourself. We have the replacement screen for only 59$
We offer FREE step by step video and also have tech support. Chat with us live for more info at http://www.RepairsUniverse.com

  • Will Verizon give me a free sim card for the iPhone 5? I ordered it online yesterday and the unlocked phone did not come with a sim card. If i take it to Verizon and show them the receipt should they give me a FREE sim card?
  • Why won't mine and my wife s iphone calendars merge/ sync? Our calendars used to sync.whenever she added something to her calendar on her phone it would go to mine and vice-versa. It no longer does this. I can't figure out why. We text each other with appointments and things and each of us manually adds the others things. Please Help. Thanks in advance. We both have CALENDAR ON under iCloud. But it still won't do it.
  • When you give APPLE a defective IPHON do they give you a reconditioned one back? My IPHONE had a defect, still under warranty, so I took it to an Apple MAC store and after a few days they gave it back, supposedly repaired. Now the replaced IPHONE has a problem, different than the previous problem I'm now having a problem with the taking a photo. Do they just replace your phone with a reconditioned one they say no but?
  • New iPhone has notes showing up that aren't mine? My work gave me an iPhone to use. When I first started it up, there were two notes in there that weren't mine, so I deleted them. A few days later, two more notes (one from three days ago, one from two days ago) recently appeared as if I were the one to create them. Does anyone know how this happened? Is someone else linked to this phone?
