Won't give me the option?
How do I set a letter password on my iPhone, I've looked on google and it's shown me to turn on simple passcode but it doesn't give me that option.

Note: Custom alphanumeric codes were added in iOS 9, if your device can't be updated to iOS 9 or above then your device is too old and doesn't support custom alphanumeric code.

- When you give APPLE a defective IPHON do they give you a reconditioned one back? My IPHONE had a defect, still under warranty, so I took it to an Apple MAC store and after a few days they gave it back, supposedly repaired. Now the replaced IPHONE has a problem, different than the previous problem I'm now having a problem with the taking a photo. Do they just replace your phone with a reconditioned one they say no but?
