Worried seller on Craigslist
I'm selling my iPhone 4 sprint white on Craigslist for 200$. This guy from Cali said he wanted to use pay pal don't trust that. He suggested use western union so I said ok. Did I make a mistake? He said he wanted to send the phone to his cousin outta states idc what he does with the phone as long as I get my money.
Pay Pal works fine, WU works fine as well.
It's a scam. Scammers do this every frigging day. Craigslist is for local sales in person and in cash. 99.99% of the time if they ask you to ship it then it's a scam. Expect to never see the phone again or your money.
- Worried about my Iphone shipment? So I ordered an iphone 5 off of amazon and its been 'in transit" for over 12 days now (standard shipping). Now I'm worried that it might shatter during the transportaion. What are th odds that it might break during transportation… Are the freight cars well secured? I'm just worried…
- Should i be worried about my iphone 5? I've had this iphone5 for a month now and i've only noticed now that there's a red glowing dot near the top speaker. It can only be seen in the dark. After doing some research i think its supposed to be the proximity sensor but some people say its abnormal to be seeing this? Is this a problem? Should i be worried? What's a proximity sensor anyways and how do i turn off the red dot if possible?
- Seller on Craigslist wants to ship product? I found an iphone wanted to buy off of the seller which was a local listing. After I contacted the seller he said he had moved to another state and would have to ship the phone to me. He wants to go through PayPal but I'm not sure if I should forget about it or if its safe.
- I sat on my iphone 5 and i'm worried if its damaged? So i had my iphone 5 in a jogger pants zipped up, i was playin football and the phone was zipped up. It was on the chair that is hard wood. I acidently sat on my joggers with my iphone for 15 seconds because i was taking my boots off. How will i know my iphone 5 will be working properly? Does it affect the iphone 5 if a heavy person sat on it? Please help i'm really worried, this is a brand new phone, thanks for the suggestions.
