Would an iPhone 5 be quicker and/or cheaper online or through a Verizon Store?

- Would the iPhone 4s get cheaper when the 5s and 5c come out? I'm thinking of buying the iPhone 4s but I don't wanna buy it if it gets cheaper a week later. Would it get much cheaper when they do come out?

I don't really like whole albums of songs and on iTunes they are so expensive about £1.00 per song and there's so many I want! So long story short I backed up my iPhone and erased it (I was going to unlock it and I needed to erase it) So once I tried to recover my phone from my backup it said it was corrupt. I found my backup on my comp problem is my files are blank they need to be converted and I can't do it manually I have too many, I was renaming each one by one adding the extension .jpeg and it works but I need a quicker alternative please help!
