How to make a lot of blank pictures with no extension be renamed.jpeg quicker?

So long story short I backed up my iPhone and erased it (I was going to unlock it and I needed to erase it) So once I tried to recover my phone from my backup it said it was corrupt. I found my backup on my comp problem is my files are blank they need to be converted and I can't do it manually I have too many, I was renaming each one by one adding the extension .jpeg and it works but I need a quicker alternative please help!

Move or copy all the pictures in to one folder
Next copy the ren command below
ren *.* *.jpg
Then hold down the shift key and right click the folder containing the pictures.
Select "Open command windows here"
Now paste the ren command by holding down Ctrl key and pressing the V key.
Now Press the Enter key.

" ALL FILES " in the folder will be converted to .jpg

EDIT…
Sorry my mistake i some how put in an extra period… Try again.

ren *.* *.jpg

  • What to get for Wi-Fi extension? So I heard about Wi-Fi range extenders but unfortunately I read that it's slows the Internet speed, so I bought a powerline instead. I found out when I setup the powerline that the connection goes only to the device the Ethernet is connected to. Does anyone know a power line that even when you connect the adapter to your computer, I could receive Wi-Fi to different devices wirelessly like an iPhone
  • My IPhone charger won't work with my extension cord? My charger wasn't working when plugged into my extension cord that I always have it plugged into but it started working when I plugged it into the outlet itself. Why is this? Is there a way to fix this?
