Would i be in trouble or is it illegal?
So i bought an iphone case but as i read an article it said brass knuckles are illegal in california… Apparently this case has "brass knuckels" in the side you can google it brass knucle iphone case… But this aint metal or brass is plastic does it still consider an illegal webon? Even though its plastic?
Brass knuckles, the actual weapon of brass that goes over your hand, are illegal. Having a logo on a plastic case is not the same thing.
This may also be defined as "brass knuckles"; you need to look at how it is defined by your state's laws on prohibited weapons.
This would not be illegal as metal knuckles. It would most assuredly be illegal as "composite knuckles" under Pen C 16405.
