Would I need a fast mbps rate to host audio streaming?
My ambition is to create an iPhone app, in which users will be able to listen to streamed music (like Pandora, or Spotify). My concern is if I'll need a quick net speed to accomplish this fluidly (current is 10mbps down, 3mbps up), as I want as few listeners as possible to have to face buffering issues. I'll be using a PC (Lenovo Z40, if specifics matter) as the dedicated server to host the music being streamed. Could anyone assist?
Off subject: Using a PC as a server is most definitely a bad idea.
Audio files are not that big. A song is usually 3 or 4 MB, so streaming with your internet connection, you could probably supply 10 people at once, since you don't have to sent the whole song at once, just bits of it as the user ask for more. If you aim this application at a small group, you could proceed with this idea, but if you want to make it world wide, you'll have to rent a server in each and every country you release this application in.
- Where can I watch Ouran Highschool Host Club English dubbed episode 14? It also needs to be able to play on an iPhone 4, so I can't either download it or use Flash Player. And also Please make sure it's English dub! Thank you for helping. I also would appreciate if the site was free. I can't watch it on Funimation because I think you need Flash Player for that, so please don't suggest that.
- What does Mbps mean and can it run up my computer's usage a month? Every month I have a limit for my internet and my step dad has his iphone connected to my computer and he is online. Does that mean his Iphone can use my internet usage or does his Iphone have no effect to that?

The reason i'm looking for this is because i want to watch a movie from my PC witch is connected to my big screen tv, but i want to hear the audio on my headphones and i'm sitting far from the tv and PC so i can't connect it to them, I wonder if it's possible to hear the audio on my iphone.

I heard qos can do it, but i don't know if virgin media supports it and how to do it. If i can't use qos is there anyway to change it. I want to be able to get more mbps on my ps3 and have less on my pc, iphone, tv, etc.
