Would my iphone be ok if I dropped it in the toilet?
I use my iphone whilst i'm sitting on the toilet but I worry I might accidentally drop it into the toilet bowl. Would this damage it? What if I quickly grab it out and wipe the *** of it?
It may work, it may not. Best not to risk it. Often times they will work but the battery will not function properly or something similar. Most of the time it ruins your phone.
I recommend don't but if you take it out really quick and dry it really well, you might have a chance at keeping your phone working.
Ew. Probably not. That's just gross…
It depends. If the iPhone is in there for a short amount of time, then nothing might happen. But if it stays for a long time, then yes, something might happen to it. Better not to risk yourself or your iPhone.

- If I dropped an Iphone 3gs into a toilet, what parts of it would probably work? Ok so I dropped an Iphone 3gs in the toilet, I'm trying to figure out which parts of it still work so I can sell them. I'm wondering if the lcd screen will still work after being submerged in water? Can the glass and digitizer still work?
- I dropped my iPhone in the toilet.what should i do? I dropped my iPhone in the toilet last night at 3 a.m. And i put it in minute mexican rice for the time i was asleep. My lock button and speaker won't work and it randomly just turns off and i can't turn it back on. I went and got white rice this morning and it is currently sitting in a bowl with the white rice. - I dropped my IPhone in the toilet, and now my home button doesn't work? 2 days ago I dropped my IPhone 4 in the toilet, and pulled it out right away. I dried it off quickly and it was perfectly fine and nothing was wrong. But then last night, my home button started to not work unless I pressed it 10+ times… I have the accessible touch thing on, but I was wondering if could fix this myself?
