Nope, I love my 4S and actually don't like the 5/5S. Just get a new 4S and enjoy. Its better, and doesn't feel so plasticy. Also, you should just buy it on ebay and amazon so you don't get ripped off like that.

Assuming you mean One Thousand Eight Hundred American dollars while in America on American wages, no. Considering that your minimum wage is 674.96 Reais a month, still no. That's almost half a years wages. I did find a site that says it sells in Brazil between R1, 350 and R3, 000.
Iphones really hold their value well, so even when you want to sell or upgrade to a new version later, they are worth alot.

I saw that the new ipods had different backing cases of different colours and i was thinking i would really like my iphone to be blue, so would you think it was a good idea to have the back of your iphone a different colour, would you pay for it?
- Is pay as you go better than pay monthy for an iphone? I can either can an iphone 4 (32gb with small scratch on screen) for 100 pounds and then have a pay as you go sim or an 8gb iphone 4 for "effectively 14.88 a month". Which works out the better deal?
