No.
You can ask apple to erase the phone but without your pass code or Fingerprint scannervthey will never get into the phone.
Through the normal interface (the screen), then the phone will be protected unless the password was weak. However, if someone manages physically to open up the phone and get at the circuit board, they might be able to remove the memory chip and access it in a special test rig.
It will probably destroy the phone completely, but may give the thief access to the information on the memory chip.
- Person who stole my phone switched off FIND MY iPHONE So my phone got lost last week tuesday and yesterday i got an email saying find my iphone has been disabled from your device! Also, the person who took my phone plugged it into a computer because i got an email saying a sound was played on your device and that we were unable to put your device on lost mode, because my phone had no connection at all this could only be done through Wi-Fi connection or plugged into a computer! WHAT CAN I DO?
- Someone stole my Apple ID and password, what can they do with it? - 1 So I just came to the understanding that my Apple ID and password were being used. I know it's an easy process to change them, and I already did. But the question is could they access my browsing history? Please bare in mind that I only have an IPhone, I don't own any other apple product. So as far as my password and ID, how can they use it in terms of my iPhone especially History wise?!
- Can they get into the phone if they know the passcode when it's in lost mode? I had an iPhone with a passcode and it and it got stolen by someone I know. But they know the passcode to get in the phone. If the phone is in lost mode, can they still open the phone with the passcode? Or you you have to disable it through Find my IPhone? I won't report this person but I want to make sure they can't use the phone, even if they have it.
- Is there any way I can use my deceased father's iphone X even though I don't know his password or his e-mail password? My dad passed away recently. He had a fairly new iPhone X. I'd like to use it as my own phone but I don't know the passcode. I watched a video on how to restore the phone but I still can't use it because the phone is connected to an itunes account… And since i don't know his e-mail password, i can't reset it. I went to AT&T (where we were on a family plan) but they said they can't help me. Is his nearly new phone destined to be a paper weight?
