AT&T Employees Help! Will I be charged an ETF for not finishing contract?
My two year contract started on July 5th, 2013 and doesn't end until July 5th, 2015. I checked our wireless account and it says that I'm eligible for AT&T Next although my two year contract doesn't end until next year. I was planning on switching to Next anyways. So does this mean that I could get the iPhone 6 now even though my contract isn't over with no penalty? Or will I have to pay an early termination fee to sign up for AT&T Next since my contract isn't over? What will be the difference in my family's bill? I will be the only one on AT&T Next.

- Will I be charged by using my 3G data even if I'm not connected to Wi-Fi? So currently I have no Internet but I do have an iPhone 4S 16GB and my plan is Sprint's unlimited everything plan so I'm able to use the Internet still on my phone. But does anybody know if it'll charge me extra even if I have unlimited data since I'm not connected to Wi-Fi because usually I use my phone's Internet all the time but it's usually connected to Wi-Fi. Does anybody know if I may get charged?
- Why do employees' families are not allowed to take part on the company's promo programs? Say the company is Apple. There's a promo where they are giving away 10 iPhone 6 and 5 iPhone 6 Plus for 16 lucky winners (each receive either a 6 or a 6+)
- When are Sprint employees supposed to get the iPhone 5? I was wondering why Sprint employees aren't getting the iPhone 5 on the same day that the customers are.
