Buying an unlocked iPhone 4s from apple?
I don't have an upgrade so does that mean I would need to buy an Unlocked phone? Are can you still buy an Iphone with no contract for full price under your carrier?
You can buy it directly from Apple or you can buy it from your carrier full price. You should know, however, that if you want to keep your number you will have to cancel your current contract and pay an early termination fee.
Yep you can buy one but early termination is pretty spendy
