About 5 months ago at work Henry one of the asains at work he's 40 my friend is 15 he have her an iPhone 5s receipt box and all and nor saying he wants it back after 5 months he thinks he can file a stolen report and get the phone locked can he legally do anything about it? Help and he also thinks that all the photos from her phone go to his laptop he is a legit pedo he texts her all the time saying he loves her isn't that illegal?!
