Can I back up my data for Iphone 6+ if screen is not responding?
I had dropped my iphone 6+ and now the screen does not respond to touch. I took it to get fixed but was told that it will need a factory reset which will wipe all my data.
I have got some important stuff still on it that isn't on my last back up so I was wondering if there's any way I can download my data without needing the use of my touch screen on my phone when connecting to the computer?
If you've previously connected your iPhone to iTunes on your computer then you can do a backup without actually needing to unlock the device as it will recognise your computer. If not then there isn't a way to backup with no access to the screen.
