Can I get an iPhone 5C unblocked?
Okay just to be clear when i say unblocked I mean unblacklisted not a network unlock. Right, I bought a broken iPhone 5C from a girl. I spent more money repairing it. Then she starts saying she wants her iPhone back for half the price I paid for it broken or she's getting the iPhone blocked. I said no way I've paid for this fair and square, put the extra money and time to fix it up, you can't do that! Well she went ahead and did it anyway now I'm stuck with it! Can I ring Orange and explain what's happened to get it unblocked and will they even believe me or will they just think I've stolen it? THIS ISN'T FAIR!
Ooo complicated. Contacting them would be the first step. If you have any evidence of the purchase, even text messages could serve as proof that what she did is false but unfortunately I'm unfamiliar with laws in the UK so doesn't hurt to make a call right?
There's NO way to "un-blacklist" a blacklisted phone. Contact your local police, you have been scammed.
Your correct, this is not fair, scams and theft are wrong and certainly not fair.
If the account was disconnected then she shouldn't be able to get it blacklisted. Once you set it up as yours then its your account, try calling the carrier and tell them she sold it to you etc. But you may be out of luck if you bought it when it was still under her account.
Otherwise set it up as your account (your icloud account), sell it back to her for the full price, but leave your account on it, and don't tell her.
She will not be able to ever set it up as her own and through find my iphone you can put a permanent msg on the screen.
Can you use another SIM in the phone or is it locked to Orange? If no other Sim will work you can sell it for use abroad, Orange will never take it off the stolen blacklist, the best you can do is sell it for use abroad or for spares.
Maybe also she has reported it to Orange as stolen/lost for insurance purposes, find out, then you can report her to Orange or Insurance Company for fraud, as she sold you the phone.

- What apps can I get on my iPhone to get free iTunes gift cards? For example, I already have on my iPhone Bamboo Wallet (Juno Wallet is the same thing) and AppJoy+. Are there any other apps like this that I can do things to earn free iTunes gift cards? I have also tried App Trailers, but my "account was blocked for strange activity". Don't know what that was about.
- Not receiving texts from someone I unblocked? I have the iPhone 5s and I blocked someone from sending me text messages and calling me about 3 months ago. Then a couple weeks ago I decided to unblocked them. In my settings it says I have no one blocked but I'm still not reviving text messages from that person when I know they have been sending them. Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone know how to fix it?
- How to get my Verizon iPhone 4 unblocked? I purchased an iPhone 4 from my brother-in-law, but I can't transfer my service to it. When I tried, they told me that it had been reported as lost/stolen, and was therefore blocked. I KNOW that it isn't stolen, and I KNOW who reported it. But I can't get her to unblock it. Is there anything I can do? Or did I waste my money buying it?
