No. The iPhone is one of the few phones that is not SIM interchangeable. For ex, you can't purchase an AT&T iPhone and put it on Verizon's network. Each provider gets a certain number of iPhones that only work with their network.
If you wanted to switch to AT&T's service, you could trade in your iPhone 5S and get one of their iPhone 5S's. They can take the money you get from trading in the old iPhone 5S and put it towards a new one and you'll probably have enough leftover that you could pay for some of the bill too.
If that's a GSM company that uses the same bands as AT&T and the phone is unlocked then that's fine.
