Do i lose anything from my iphone 5s when i transfer to an iphone 6s at Verizon?
I'm transfering to the iphone 6s and i'm scared if i lose anything. When i transfered my iphone 4s to iphone 5s, i didn't lose anything, but i'm scared if it will happen to this phone. When it transfered, i redownloaded all my apps and they all had everything from the iphone 4s. I really don't wan to lose anything from my phone, please help.
No, you can just back it up yourself with itunes, then when setting up a new phone it asks you if you want to copy from backup. Or if you use icloud instead, you can see what you have backed up by signing on to http://www.icloud.com/...icloud.com
Well that would be up to the Verizon rep seeing about your phone. You could do that yourself though
