Does my iPhone 5c have a virus?
I was on some random websites and then I got a message that said (not exact words) warning! You have a virus! Contact costumer support here (phone number)! I did not call customer support, and I do not really want to at all. I have my reasons. But I did look it up on google and the answers I looked at were describing a hack. No one that I know of has got this message. Please please please Please help me:'
Was the messege by apple if so i think so but if it was from like the website then thats just trying to trick you, what you can do is reeboot your iPhone by pressing the home button and power button at the same time and stop when you see the apple logo. And also iPhones are good phones so the don't tend to get a virus easily
It's just ads don't listen to them. You can't get a virus unless you download something. If you did unistall or go to an apple store for help.
No, you won't get viruses on iphones. Its just a website
Fully viruses
It's a scam.
Its a scam - download a norton security trial to shift it
There are no iOS viruses therefore there's nothing to check.
Describe what's wrong, or the reason for your concern
- Iphone doesn't want to connect to Wi-Fi. Does it have a virus? I have a black iPhone 4s. It can't search for nearby Wi-Fi signals. When I open the control panel the Wi-Fi icon circle is blacked out when I touch it says [Wi-Fi not available]. When I go to settings it won't let me swipe to turn on the Wi-Fi signal. I can still go on the internet using my data. My iPhone is not jail broken. I have turned off and on my iPhone multiple times. I let the battery die. And I have also restarted it multiple times. Bluetooth also doesn't work.
- If an iPhone somehow got a virus, what would stop that virus from spreading to the recovery image? If an iPhone got a virus, couldn't it just spread to the recovery image? I don't mean where you connect the iPhone to your computer and restore through iTunes. I mean the restore image that is actually on the iPhone.
- I have a iPhone and my safari froze when a pop up asked me to call this number to get rid of a virus so I don't know if I have a virus or no? So today I was looking for music online and this pop up came up and froze my browser and it asked me to call this number but I didn't and hit cancel and cleared my history and I restarted my phone cause it acted slow so I don't know if I have a virus or not
