Does the iPhone 5 come with the SIM card? Whatever it's called?
If it doesn't come with it where can I get it how much is it and what exactly is it called?
If you buy it SIM-Free then you will have to get your own SIM Card.
If you buy it from a carrier then it will be included with your purchase.
SIM Stands for Subscriber ID Module, and its just a little chip that goes in the phone to tell your carrier that you are their customer and are allowed to use their network. You can get one Pay As You Go, or on a Pay Monthly contract (offers MUCH better value)
One question though, where are you buying an iPhone 5 from? They aren't available anymore as they were discontinued. Apple's budget handset now is the 5c.
Yes, the iPhone 5 has a macro SIM card slot, and ships with the SIM card for the carrier its locked to.
IPhone 5 doesn't come with SIM card if you buy it unlocked. If you buy it with contract which is not possible now as it's discontinued by Apple. You can get the iPhone from retailers and the SIM from the carrier you want to use the phone on. If you need iPhone 5 at reasonable price, mail me.

- Is it just me or does the iPhone sometimes click whatever you're about to touch? Sometimes my iPhone responds to whatever I'm about to touch. Like my finger would be about 2 millimeters away from the screen but it'll respond to it as a touch. I think it's really weird.
