Dropped iphone down the toilet?
5 mins ago i dropped my iphone down the toilet. It worked, but the screen was very dim and then 2 mins later the phone went completly off. Now i have taken the sim card out, and shaked the phone to get any water out. Now what do i do?
Put it in rice, it usually helps get the water away.

Set the phne in a bowl of rice, it'll draw the water out, but I can't guarantee the phone will work properly afterwards, I done the same with an iPod touch and there's and unresponsive section of screen but nothing too bad.
Personally I would leave it somewhere relatively warm, with the back cover off and battery out, and let it dry overnight, if it doesn't work after that then take it to a shop and get them to sort it.
This actually works 1. Get some rice put it in a Baggie and let your iPhone soak for a few days the rice absorbs the water easily and your Phone will work in no time
Get a jar and fill it with rice all the way to the top.
Store your Iphone inside the jar, in the middle covered with rice.
Leave it there for a whole day, it should work afterwards.
DON'T use a blowdrier.

I mean why would you be using the phone in the bathroom in the first place, and it aint just white girls that do this too, this one black girl and a mixed girl i know drop their phone in the toilet too. the bathroom is for business not phones AM I RIGHT?

- Iphone 4S dropped down the toilet I dropped my iPhone 4s down the toilet earlier. The back camera is blurry. The phone itself is working but won't register with iTunes. I've put it in a bag of rice in the airing cupboard to dry out. Do you think this will be enough to bring it back to life?
- If you were to flush plastic down the toilet? Will it go down? Or will it float back up and choke up the pipe. The plastic is a little smaller than an iPhone 3. Like maybe 3cm smaller.
