Dropped my iphone in a pool.recovery?
Okay so i dropped my iphone in a pool and immediately took it out.people told me to dry it off with a towel then let it sit in the sun. I realized i should have immediately put it in rice but i did not.about an hour later i went home with it (not working) and put it in rice. I'm getting impatient! Is there anything else i can do to help the process?
It takes at least 24 hours in the uncooked rice to dry it out.

- IPhone 4 was dropped in my pool? I got it out and didn't think to turn it off. I had music playing and it stopped. I dried it off and it's been in a bowl of rice since 5. My back camera has water droplets inside the camera (it looks foggy) and my flash won't shut off. My phone was on 75% when I dropped it. It's been 5 and a half hours. Shouldn't the battery have died already? Will my phone ever work again? And how long should I keep my phone in the rice?
- I Dropped my iphone 4S in the pool? I dropped my iphone in the pool for about 2 seconds only about a foot down. I had an otter box on it and quickly took of the case and dried it off. It worked fine til about 30mins ago the home button stopped working and I can no longer charge it. I just the phone 3 weeks ago and was wondering how much it would cost for a new one or the warranty would cover it. I have Verizon if that matters. I'm just really sad that my new phone is ruined.
