Fixed assets barcode scanning software and Sage fixed assets?
I was wondering if anyone knew if there were any apps (iphone) that would be able to scan barcode labels and work with Sage Fixed assets?
Contact a company called Square 9, they sell several products that can easily integrate with Sage and they do barcoding. I have a product called Smart Search that does barcoding and runs of SQL and we have integrated it with our front end program as well as with Sage.
- What is wrong with this iphone? And can it be fixed, and if so.how? Ugh, i'm having trouble? My cuz came to me recently with an iphone whose os seems to be erased, i don't know, i'm just saying, anyhow, when the device is turned on, a blank black screen appears, with what seems to be the apple logo on it, however it does nothing else, so. Can anyone tell me what when wrong?
- Song mixing and mastering (Software and tutorial) for beginner? I have recorded a song on Garageband on my iPhone using Peavey's Amp Kit Link and I can say that the recording quality is pretty decent. There's no background noise or anything of that sort. However, when I play all the tracks together they sound pretty aweful compared to commercial songs. Please point towards the right direction for me in terms of which mixing software should I be using, if there's any tutorial site for mixing the songs etc.
- Is there are a good photo scanning app for iPhone? I have many old photos, both loose and affixed in albums. Regular scanners are slow, scanning services are expensive, and I don't want to remove photos from albums to scan. I would like to do it with my digital SLR camera or iPhone. Prefer iPhone because with DSLR there's an extra step of transferring photos to computer. My question is, are there good apps to do this?
- Is scanning a LAN for devices connected to it illigal? I got this app on my iPhone called Fing - Network Scanner by Overlook Soft, and when I connect to Wi-Fi, it lets me see what devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi. It also gives me that device's IP address and MAC address. Is this considered Port Scanning? Please enlighten me, I don't want to get banned by the Wi-Fi or get that Wi-Fi banned by its ISP. If intent is important, my intent is just to know out of curiosity.
