Found iPhone 5, Can i use it?
If i currently have a Sprint Galaxy S 3 and i found a iPhone 5 for Sprint also, is it possible for me to go to Sprint and get them to switch my phone over to the iPhone 5 instead of my Galaxy?
The owner will have reported it lost or stolen, and the serial number will be barred from activation.
Right now yes because you can change the sim and do a factory reinstall. However once IOS 7 comes out people won't have as easy of a time using a pre owned iphone.
If it gets reported stolen the phone will be useless on any carrier and you could get in trouble.

- If i found an iPhone 4 can i use it? Last night i went to watch a movie and i found an iPhone 4. I was wondering if i can use it with my number if its the same carrier. I will need a micro SIM card so will AT&T blame me for stealing an iPhone? So can I use it?

- I found one iPhone 5 recently on the airport. How can i unlock it and use it? As per suggestions on the net, I tried to unlock it by restoring the factory setting using itune by pressing power button and home button simultaneously for some time. After restoration process got over, i tried to activate the phone but i'm get the message "This iphone is currently linked to an apple ID…" and i'm not able to activate it. Can someone help.
