Have you ever had issues with verizon? Service, customer service, texting, etc?

I have. Majorly in the last few weeks. Went to the store 2 times, spoke to about 10 people on the phone and had major issues with all of them. Then 1 day I got a really nice guy who knew what he was doing, and he helped me… BUT my brand new iphone 4s still doesn't work. I'm thinking it's something with my phone number or cell tower service… Not sure…

What do you think of verizon? Any issues or no?

Added (1). I spoke to people who had no idea what they were doing and kept messing up and making the problems even worse. People having to pass me off to others because they weren't able to help me.

Attitudes as well.

I had told the woman to make the phone call easier, I went to the store, got a new phone and we did everything we can to fix the phone in that sense. Can you check the towers and the cell service?
She basically ranted about how she worked there 12 years and it's not my business to know what is wrong with my phone… That I basically disrespected her by trying to make her job easier… AN HOUR later she had to transfer me to another person because she couldn't fix the issue. That guy immediately said I need to change your tower service… So an hour of aggrivation and not listening to me… Even during the convo itself… Yeah, I don't deserve to be treated like I'm stupid because I don't work for them. I KNEW what the issue was and told her nicely when needed

Verizon has the best ratings for customer service among all carriers. Usually, when we, as consumers, are unhappy about a particular situation, we kill the messenger.
