You have both if them on Photostream and /or iCloud. Decide what you need to remove to break this connection.
You're logged into iCloud on both devices and have iCloud Photo Library enabled on your account. On your iPhone 4 go to Settings > iCloud > Photos > turn off iCloud Photo Library & Photostream

Don't get this confused by a picture rotating cause I move the phone, I mean the physical picture flips when I take it. For example if I took a picture of a apple on the right side of the table the picture would come out so the apple is on the left. Hope that clears it up!
