How do I activate my iPhone without inserting a SIM card?
I found an iPhone six on the ground the screen completely shattered but I put it to charge and it miraculously still worked, now that I've gotten it repaired I don't know how to activate it, can anyone help me out?

You don't. You need a SIM.
IPhones will not activate without a SIM inserted.
There's also a good chance that since it's someone else's phone, it might be iCloud locked/lost and won't be able to activate anyway.
