How long should my Iphone stay in rice?
My Iphone fell in the toilet and was in there for maybe 5 sec. It has been soaking in rice for almost 4 hours. -cant take battery out- and I'm going away tonight so i need it. How long should it stay in the rice and when do I know if it's okay?

5 years ago when I dropped my ipod the toilet I left it in rice overnight. Before you leave, try turning it on. If it won't turn on, put it in again and go out. Then take it out in the morning. Maybe you could use someone else's phone for tonight.
This happened to my phone I left it in overnight and it was fine. As long as possible!
