How to access a disabled iPhone?
A few weeks ago I purchased a new IPhone, and had my old one shut off. Up until last week, I could still open it up, use the apps, and surf the web. It was as it was before, just without cellular service. Now when I turn it on, I can only swipe the screen to make an emergency call. I can't access any part of the old phone anymore. Is there a way I can access everything else on the phone, like apps, notes, etc?
My old phone is an iPhone 4 and my new one is an iPhone 6S if this helps at all (probably not but I'll just add it in case)
Go to the apple store and tell them you forgot your passcode and then they'll unlcok it for you.

Because my daughter used and tried to unlock until the phone is disabled, can I unlock without lossing all the files on it, I tried ITunes it refer me back to the IPhone to unlock by passcode. All the local Iphone service centers informed that the device needs software installation and I will lose all data on it, any help on this rergard, I don't have back up for the files.
