How to clean the lint out of my iPhone charging port without damaging the prongs? - 1

Use a vacuum cleaner hose - it's not going to touch the prongs, so can't damage them. Also use your vacuum cleaner to clean the air ducts on your laptop or desktop computer to stop dust and lint from clogging up the fans.

A good vacuum cleaner with a crevice attachment will work wonders. That way nothing goes INTO the port to touch or damage anything.

Compressed air, can work well too, but it tends to put whatever further into the port. A case or cover with a port plug will keep pocket lint out of your ports.

Surely enough, it works as soon as I open that port. But isn't port 80 open by default? Else how could I view http websites in the first place. I don't get it. It's already open so why open it again?
