How to delete photo library from iphone?

I tried syncing an empty folder but my itunes won't move on to step 2. I tried using SCP, I can't find the file, the only file i can find is camera roll. Help please? Give me the directory if possible and step by step guide.

Hook it up to your computer and you'll get a file under drives. Navigate through the folders and you'll get to one that only has pictures.easy from there.

Method #1
In your Photos app in your iPhone, hit the "Edit" button in the top-right hand corner of the screen.
Then select "Add" in the top-left hand corner of the screen. This will allow you to create a folder to add pictures into that already on your iPhone.

Method #2
If this isn't what you want, get on your computer. Navigate to "My Computer" and plug in your iPhone via the charging cable. You should see your iPhone pop up. Go into it and keep entering into the folders until you make it to the pictures that are on your iPhone. Simply add pictures into this area until you have all the pictures you want on your iPhone. Then you can use Method #1 to organize the pictures into folders.

Method #3
Plug in your iPhone and open up iTunes on your computer. Then navigate to "My Pictures" in your Computer and make a folder called "iPhone".
Go into this folder and make any number of folders with any name you want for them. And place this pictures you want into these folders.
So it should be like this: *you open the "iPhone" folder* and you will see (for example) a folder named Kids, a folder named Sparkie, etc…
Inside the folders should be the pictures you want.
Lastly, go into iTunes and click on your iPhone. Go to Photos and click on "Sync Photos from".
You will then find and select the "iPhone" folder that you made. Make sure all the subfolders (folders inside the iPhone folder) are selected and hit Apply.
After it's synced your iPhone, go into your Photos app and you should see all the folders right there for your viewing needs.
