How to get All my songs deleted off of my iPhone 4s? I TRIED EVERYTHING?

I just got the new IOS7 upgrade and also a new laptop. I wanted all my old songs deleted that i never listen to, and get a fresh start. Yes, i went to usage and deleted my music on there. Yes, I deleted my icloud account and turned off itunes match. I clicked sync on my new laptop and it tells me it is going to delete all songs, but at the end it says there's 2 songs on my usage bar in itunes. Now on my iphone i have 488 songs still. So yes it deleted a lot of my songs but now i have the oldest ones still left. I just got IOS7 and these songs have a cloud and an arrow pointing down next to them, not sure if that means anything but i just want these songs off my phone! Someone please help! Before I have to go to apple myself I want to try everything.

Wipe your device.

You could delete them manually. Try swiping left from the right side of the phone(on the song you want deleted). If deleting each song is too much then do it by album or by artist.

Go I settings > iTunes and App Store. Make sure music is turned off under "show all" and "automatic downloads". I think the arrow you're talking about means you bought the song on iTunes so it's available to download on your phone through your iTunes account. Hope that helps!
