How to get past a parental block on my iphone 4?
My parents put a texting block on my iphone 4 so now I can only text a few people. Is there a way to get around the block?
Sorry, it doesn't actually fit into any category…

Added (4). Little afraid this will kill my devious plan, but I'm also afraid that everyone will be smart and not tell me if I don't. I'm actually doing some research for my step mom. She blocked all but certain contacts on a sibling's phone, but said sibling wants her to unblock texting from herself. So that she can text herself. My step mom thinks it is some sort of trick to be able to text other people, but we have no idea.
So, new question: Is there any way to get past a sprint iphone 4 parental text block by texting yourself?
There's a reason, if you have a honest legitimate reason why it should be lifted go talk to them… And because is not a reason as you probably know, don't mess with it as the results could be they find and now you have no phone.
- When you Block Caller on iPhone, does it completely block them or do they show up as Unknown? I routinely "Block Caller" telemarketers, so does using the iPhone "Block Caller" option block all calls, or will the calls still come through and just show up as "Unknown"? I've received a lot of "Unknown" phone calls lately, so that's what I was attributing it to.
- Parental Controls for iPhone? I have an iPhone 4, and my parents said every night at 9:30 my phone will shut off. Is it true? Does my phone completely shut off? Is there any way to get it not to if it does?
- Parental control on iPod Touch / iPhone? If I'm using someone else's Wi-Fi, can they restrict what websites I visit from their computer? Even if they've never touched my iPod or iPhone? Or do they have to physically access my iPod? Also, can they check my internet history from their computer? If I delete my history can they still see it? I don't want to sound sketchy haha, I'm allowed to use their Wi-Fi but I just don't want them to see what sites I visit.
- On a iPhone are parental restrictions for the itunes account or on the actual device? If I create a new apple account and sign in will they go away because just for that account? I have a old iPhone 3GS but when got it was like 10 and now 14 and the parent controls won't let me do anything basically and my dad can't remember the passcode he set 4years ago. So just wondering how do we get around them?
