How to get Safari back on my iphone?
I lost all my apps and everything when I did the new update on my iphone and i didn't have icloud backup, i do now:/ help

You had better get advisers like your friends who know the methods or Apple's staffs.
More than likely it is still there. If this is iOS 7 just scroll from top of screen to bottom of screen to bring up the search function and find Safari. If you get the notification center instead of the search function you started too high on the screen.It'll also tell you where it's located (possibly in a folder?). If you lost all your stuff already you could do a factory reset which will restore to factory with the latest installed OS.

- IPhone help, can't get out of this pop-up on Safari? So I was using Safari, and all of a sudden this pop up comes up saying "you have 1 chat notification click okay" the pop up is from a site called mobile-notifications.com and behind it is a new window that I didn't open titled "free chat client". It won't let me get out of the window without clicking on "okay" so I can't get rid of it or open any other windows on safari.

After doing so I then reset my phone with the second icloud account( as that was the only option).
