If I sold a iPhone to gamestop can I get it back by giving them their money back?
I sold a iPhone 5 to gamestop. Right when i did it, i got all these other offers for more money on craigslist. It is possible for me to go back to the store and get it back if i refund them their whole money back?

They aren't in business to break even. They plan on making a profit off it. That's how businesses stay in business.
Nope, once you gave it to them, it was theirs. They're not going to give it back now that they can resell it for more.
- Sold my Iphone to gamestop, what now? I had my water at my house get turned off and I had been behind on my bills for 2 back to back months, so the phone was already out of service, but i had signed a two year contract, 4 months ago. So I went to gamestop and traded it in. If i wanted to get another iphone. Do i just go into sprint and say lost/stolen and buy a brand new one then pay my bill? Should i be good? Or will i get some sort of fine?

- If someone steals an iphone from gamestop can they sell it at a different gamestop? Ok so I'm not asking for me omg ;-; but there's a guy that's stolen three iPhones from three different gamestops and we're supposed to be on the lookout for him. I was just wondering if he brought one of the iPhones in to sell it is there a way we would know it was one of the stolen ones? Like the guy took them from the front before we even had a chance to inventory them. I don't know how if there's a serial number gamestop tracks them on or what?

Is that true? I was at school and my brother came and took my phone because he found someone that wants it I gave it to him and he said he will format it… I'm really scared I don't want my photos to go everywhere! They also said in the video that this happened to a girl! My brother sold it to some girl I'm really worried is it true that they can get the photos back?
