How to get the volume to work on my iPhone 4s?
Everything volume related has completely disappeared from the screen, there's no way to change the volume (including assistive touch, control center, and the buttons). I know it is not a problem with the speakers, because if someone calls me the phone will ring, but volume does not work anywhere else. I tried restarting, getting a software update, cleaning the ports with a toothbrush… None of it seems to work.
Press Settings. Press General. Press Reset.
Restore settings

- Where do I take my iPhone 5 if the volume down button doesn't work? I got the phone like 5 months ago and the button has been broken for about 2 months but now that it's summer and I have more time for music/phone in general it's starting to make me very angry. So would I take it to the Apple store or the Verizon store where I bought the phone?
- Volume on my iPhone 4S doesn't work only when I put the earphones on? Today I tried listening to music on my iPhone 4S, only to find that my volume adjuster had disappeared. And just to clarify, when I say that it disappeared, I mean that when I press the volume buttons on my phone, I see the speaker icon but the gauge bar is gone. When I put my earphones on it works perfectly I tried resetting it but nothing seems to work. I was wondering if I can get a replacement for my phone I have sprint
