Volume on my iPhone 4S doesn't work only when I put the earphones on?
Today I tried listening to music on my iPhone 4S, only to find that my volume adjuster had disappeared. And just to clarify, when I say that it disappeared, I mean that when I press the volume buttons on my phone, I see the speaker icon but the gauge bar is gone. When I put my earphones on it works perfectly I tried resetting it but nothing seems to work. I was wondering if I can get a replacement for my phone I have sprint

volume should always work regardless of earphone use.
