How to prevent virus from jailbreak iphone?
I thinking about jailbreak my iphone 4 but i'm afraid to get virus into my phone, are there there any step that help me prevent virus
Your taking a risk… A virus is not what you need to worry about. There's a really good chance the phone might get stuck DFU. Apple will flat out refuse to provide any support if the phone screws up…
I've had a jailbroken iPhone 4s for a year and a half. It's great to have a jailbreak but there are small risks, like things crashing that's about the main problem. You can't really get viruses as long as you don't overdo it. I think it's worth it to jailbreak because you can always backup and restore later.
Make sure you know what you are doing. If you get stuck in dfu mode there's ways to get it bac to normal like restoring or you can use software like tinyumbrella (google is your friend) if you are unsure go to youtube and lookup on jailbreaking. Don't worry viruses are the least of your problems on an iphone just be sure you have antivirus on your pc as your iphone can carry viruses to your pc but won't affect your iphone… Enjoy
