How to recover photos from a water damaged iPhone?
I have a water damaged iPhone 5s that I'm wanting to recover the picture from. They are not backed up to iCloud because I ran out of storage on there. I have backed up my phone to my mac recently, but the photos i'm most concerned about were taken after that back up. Is there any way that I can recover my photos? I don't care if it requires sending it somewhere to be taken apart and getting the memory card from it (if that is even a possibility lol).
Sadly there isn't much you can do unless the damage isn't that bad and you can actually plug it in to back it up. IPhone data is encrypted, so even a data recovery couldn't recover them unless you want to spend thousands.
Ya try and back it up to iTunes if you have iCloud on you may be able to recover you pics from the cloud
You need to go to a specialist data recovery service. The flash memory on an iPhone is soldered in and encrypted. Run a search on "iPhone data recovery" and you'll find a service near you.
- Water damaged iPhone 4g? - 2 So my iphone was on a table by a pool and people splashed on it and it sorta got soaked, its working a little but when you shut it off it turns back on, its in rice it happened about an hour ago what should i do i know people said not to charge it so it doesn't fry but anything else? - Recovering photos from a water damaged iPhone X? I recently got back from a trip and on it my phone accidentally went snorkeling with me in the sea. It's completely dead (doesn't turn on or show any forms of life, iTunes doesn't even recognize it when plugged in to my computer). I was in Cuba with no access to Wi-Fi meaning iCloud couldn t back up my phone on the trip. Because of this, I lost all my photos of the trip. I (clearly) know my chances are basically nell, but does anyone know of any software or store that could help?
