There are two ways you can do this. You can do it from be going into Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings.
Another way is to plug your iPhone into your computer, open iTunes, make sure your iPhone trusts your computer, (a thing should pop up on your computer. If it doesn't though, it may not be important) and then click restore to factory settings.

- New iPhone synced in iTunes and now looks like old phone? I got a new iPhone and plugged it into my computer, then clicked sync. After I clicked sync I looked at my phone and all new photos were gone and the old photos were put on. The background changed color and all my old apps went on the new phone, making my phone look exactly like my old one. How do I get my phone back to normal with the apps, background, and photos? How do I make it so this phone is independent of the other one on iTunes?
