If I restore and backup my iPhone, do I have to log in again to apps such as Netflix, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter?

If you use the password-protected backup option, it also saves and restores all your security info (as far as possible)

I know as a fact that saves such as Wi-Fi and email account passwords, while with the non-passworded backup you need to re-enter all those.

For web passwords it may be different. I use chrome and use an account on that to store passwords, so that's independent of what the phone backups do - I'd not notice either way.

I don't think so but I could be wrong I Never done a Back up before but I think if you Restore a Previous Version it Restores Everything that the Previous Version Had
