How to ship my ebay package?
Ok so I sold an iphone on ebay and i went through PayPal and payed and printed my shipping label. Now I was just wondering what box I put the phone to ship in? Just a random box at my house or a flat rate box at the postal service
You should buy flat rate box from the post office. Because that box is safe. Put your i phone on that box. Then your iPhone will not be damaged and you will get positive feedback from buyer. Hope this will help.
You did this backwards. Without a box, how did you know that to put for postage?
If the box is smaller and lighter than expected, you overpaid. If the box is larger or heavier (and not flat rate), you will have to have the post office weight it and pay the difference.
Priority boxes are free at the post office, BUT you must pay priority rates. The post office has other boxes for sale which could go first class (if under 13 ounces) or parcel post.
I'm an ebay seller if i was you i would buy a box from the post office thats just big enough to fit the phone its looks better and you probably have less chance of it getting damaged they don't cost that much either

I then went to paypal to see if it my funds were pending and they was. I also looked at the buyers buying history and he didn't have any. He joined August 14, 2014. When an item is sold, does ebay automatically give me a label to print out and put on the box or do i have to make the label myself?
