You can connect the old phone to a computer and get the photos out of the phone to you computer then transfer them to you iphone.
annother qay is using the memory card. If they have the same type of memory card then you just put the memory card to your iphone. The photos has to be saved in the memoru card though
alternatively and probably the most easiest way. Youcan make a folder in your facebook account(make it private if you don't want other people seeing them) then upload them. Then go to facebook in your iphone, find the album then save the photos.
