I activated my iphone 4s but still can't make calls/texts?
Any ideas?
This exact same thing happened to me. I also have an iPhone 4S, I googled loads of stuff but nothing worked.
I just took my phone into the place I bought it from, t.old them the problem. They did whatever it is they do, told me to turn it off for half an hour and when I turned it back on it was working.
Just go into the company where you bought it and they'll fix it for you.
- Why can't I send texts or make calls? I have an iPhone 5 on Vodafone and I can't make texts or calls. What's the problem? I can receive calls and texts but not make them… When I ring someone it says 'connection to this number is restricted to this phone' what does that mean? And it's not just one person I'm trying it on its everyone in my contacts
- New iPhone 4S won't make calls or texts or connect to 3G? I bought a brand new iPhone 4S on contract today on the Orange network, and the phone works fine etc, but I can't make calls or anything yet. Why is this and when will I be able to?
- My new iPhone can't make calls, send texts, and has no service? I just got a new iPhone 5S. I plugged it into iTunes to transfer my backup from my current iPhone 5. All my apps, songs, pictures, and email transferred. I can use my apps and get online. I just have no service and can't send texts or calls or anything. I can still call and text from my old phone. How do I fix this?
- Is there a fast way to turn off all comms on an iphone, BUT calls and texts to conserve battery? I was wondering if there's a one button way to turn off all comms, push notifications etc, except calls and texts(or maybe even calls only) in order to conserve battery? I also heard of a mode on some Android devices that would also turn your screen black & white and dim it. Does anyone know if there's some sort of an App or something like that that would allow you to have such functionality? Cheers
